Unit condition monitoring during long-term rentals catches problems before they escalate

Flexible contract terms — month-to-month or project-based, no lock-in penalties
Map your drop zone before we arrive. Knowing exactly where you want the unit placed saves time for your crew and ours. Consider proximity to work areas, privacy screening, and truck access.
Build service frequency into your schedule. For larger crews, weekly service may not be enough. Discuss expected usage volume when booking.
Account for crew changes. If your headcount increases mid-project, additional units can be added. Early notice keeps logistics smoother.
Consider hand-wash stations. Portable sinks are often required by job site safety protocols and improve crew hygiene significantly.
Document placement for permit compliance. Some municipalities require restroom placement to meet minimum distance standards from water sources or property lines.
Ask about off-site service. If your project spans multiple addresses, ask about routing multiple units across locations under a single agreement.
Construction managers in Farmer City, IL deal with a specific set of sanitation challenges that event renters don't face. Crews arrive early, work physically demanding shifts, and have zero patience for a unit that smells like it hasn't been serviced since last month.
OSHA's standards for portable sanitation on job sites are clear: adequate facilities must be available within a reasonable distance of all workers, and units must be maintained in a clean, sanitary condition throughout the project.
What that means in practice: weekly service for small crews, more frequent pump-outs for larger ones, and units that are actually clean when workers show up Monday morning.
A2 Portable Toilets structures our construction rental agreements around real site demands. We ask about crew size, shift length, and project duration — then build a service schedule that works. No one-size-fits-all packages that leave you with a unit in poor condition mid-project.
Yes. If your crew grows or your timeline shifts, contact us and we'll schedule additional units. We recommend giving 24–48 hours notice when possible, though we work to accommodate urgent requests across Farmer City, IL.
Each service visit includes pumping the waste tank, adding fresh chemical treatment, restocking toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and a general wipe-down of interior surfaces. Deodorizer is refreshed at every visit.
As long as your project requires. Rentals can be weekly, monthly, or project-based. We don't push you out of a rental agreement early, and we don't charge penalties for extending.
Our units meet standard sanitation and accessibility requirements. For specific permits or inspection documentation, let us know at booking and we'll provide what's needed.
Tell A2 Portable Toilets what you're building, how long you're building it, and how many people are on the crew. We'll take it from there. Serving Farmer City and surrounding areas — call for a quote or book online.
